My name is Manfred Huber

I am based in Copenhagen, Denmark, - where DrManze is my nickname. My passion is documentary, wildlife and performance art. In 2024, I have started studying photography in earnest, and this has now become my main occupation.

With this webpage, I reach out to the wider community of fellow photography enthousiasts and professionals. Maintaining and updating this web page will be a great tool to reflect on and document my progress.

Here is my short bio: I have studied at the University of Munich, Germany, where I had my first job, teaching mathematics and statistics for undergraduate students of economics and social sciences. Since 1988, I have worked in health economics, health statistics and public health with Basys in Augsburg (Germany), OECD in Paris (France), the European Centre for Social Welfare Policy and Research in Vienna (Austria) and finally the WHO Regional Office for Europe in Copenhagen. I retired from WHO in 2023.
